Mt. Spokane Ski and Snowboard Park contains an incredible 45 runs with a vertical drop of 2,000 feet, allowing skiers of all experience levels a chance to enjoy the scenery and snow of eastern Washington. Other winter activities include night skiing on the mountain, tubing and cross-country skiing, while in the summer, the mountain and surrounding area becomes a retreat for outdoor recreation of other types, including mountain biking and hiking. The mountain rests a scant 28 miles northeast of Spokane in Mount Spokane State Park, offering incredible skiing and a wonderful resort town just a short distance from the city.
